Not sure if personal training is right for you? Maybe you just want to learn more about how In-Home Fitness works. Call between 8am-8pm Monday thru Friday to arrange your free consultation. We'll analyze your goals, review our training techniques, discuss training options, and talk about pricing in a comfortable environment.
Step 2: You've signed up. Now what?
We work together to set your goals and make a workout schedule. After all, feeling your best shouldn't leave you stressed out and rushed.

From one-on-one training and small group instruction in your home to corporate training and Boot Camp classes, you have several training options designed to help you reach your goals in the timetable we create. The best part is that no gym equipment is needed and training happens in almost any room of your home or office!
Step 3: Results. Refer. Renew.
Many of our clients notice results as soon as two weeks after their first session with nearly all experiencing results after one month. Almost all feel more alert, active, and rejuvenated after just one session!

Refer a friend, neighbor, and/or co-worker and we'll give you a discount as a "thank you" for your hard work and word-of-mouth advertising.

Unlike large gyms, where pushy trainers sell and aggrevate you on renewing your contract, we understand that it's always your decision to continue with In-Home Fitness. While we hope you'll always choose to renew, you will never feel pressured into making that decision.
